OK, I know I'm late to the game here. I haven't been involved in the charity project at all mostly because my skills are nowhere near those of most of you. That being said, I think I can now help out. If you would like, and I know that Steve has tried, I can try to get permision to use St. Judes logo on the guitar. A little back story may be in order...The gym that my girlfriend belongs to in Nashua, NH have raised several thousand dollars for St. Judes over the years. They have a fitness show they perform at a charity dinner/silent auction and then perform for the children at St. Judes. Basically, the woman who runs this event would be willing to talk to the powers that be at St. Judes and try to convince them to let the OLF use their logo. She believes the problems Steve encountered is because the OLF is an unknown entity. If anyone has more questions/coments please PM me or respond here. I'm afraid I'm not being as articulate as I'd like to be with regards to this issue. |

I would say that as long as you're NOT a part of the Great Lakes "zone" you may have a shot. Having said this, please wait for the poll results before you try. Regards, Steve |
